AC Horsens Strength Coach Position
AC Horsens is seeking an ambitious and dedicated Strength Coach to work closely with our First Team and Young AC Horsens (U19 Team). We are looking for a passionate professional who thrives in the weightlifting room, focusing on building muscle mass, strength, and power to help our players become stronger and more physically dominant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized strength training programs for the First Team and Young AC Horsens, with a primary focus on muscle growth and strength development.
- Conduct targeted strength training sessions in the weightlifting room, working both individually and in groups to ensure optimal physical development.
- Monitor players’ muscular progress and strength levels, adjusting training plans accordingly.
- Collaborate with the coaching staff and medical team to ensure a structured and strength-focused approach to player development.
- Maintain and manage the weightlifting room, ensuring a top-level training environment.
Working Hours:
- Flexible working hours with the opportunity to spend extensive time in the weightlifting room with players.
- Primarily daytime work, but also requires availability on weekends and evenings for matches and special training sessions.

About You:
- You have a relevant degree in sports science, strength & conditioning, or a related field.
- You have experience in strength training within a professional sports environment, preferably football.
- You are flexible and able to dedicate significant time in the weightlifting room to help players increase muscle mass and strength.
- You have strong communication skills and the ability to motivate and push players to maximize their physical potential.
- You are structured, independent, and thrive in a strength-focused environment.
